- 5+ years of sales experience in dynamic environments.
- Experience in telecom, contact center, or unified communications.
- Experience closing strategic deals across multiple business units.
- SaaS sales expertise, including UCaaS and/or CCaaS.
- Lead discovery sessions and prep product demos with Sales Engineering.
- Create account plans and manage contracting with finance/legal/procurement.
