🎯 Requirements

  • End User Support for Windows and MacOS desktops and peripherals
  • React to high-priority issues across global users
  • Analytical skills; thorough documentation and business language
  • Hands-on with desktops, laptops, tablets, mobiles, peripherals
  • Install software and provide Level 1/2 support
  • BS in CS/IS/CE; 2+ years IT support; Windows/macOS, Intune, Azure, SCCM
