- 3+ years in account management, sales, or biz dev in AdTech/mobile UA.
- Track record of growing advertiser accounts and meeting revenue targets.
- Comfortable with KPIs including CPI, CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, ARPDAU, and LTV.
- Diagnose performance issues, interpret trends, and translate data into partner recommendations.
- Proficient with Google Sheets, BI dashboards, and CRM tools.
- Understanding of mobile UA strategies, rewarded ads, and performance marketing models.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, operations, and tech teams.
