  • Own a portfolio of advertiser and demand-side accounts on Xsolla Offerwall; manage campaigns.
  • Drive revenue growth by upsell opportunities within existing accounts and onboarding new partners.
  • Monitor campaign performance using KPIs (CPI, CTR, ROAS, ARPDAU, LTV); diagnose issues and optimize.
  • Develop data-driven reviews and growth roadmaps translating metrics into actions for partners.
  • Advise UA and monetization teams on budget, creative, targeting, and bid optimization on Offerwall.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and tech to relay feedback and unblock blockers.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in account management, sales, or biz dev in AdTech/mobile UA.
  • Track record of growing advertiser accounts and meeting revenue targets.
  • Comfortable with KPIs including CPI, CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, ARPDAU, and LTV.
  • Diagnose performance issues, interpret trends, and translate data into partner recommendations.
  • Proficient with Google Sheets, BI dashboards, and CRM tools.
  • Understanding of mobile UA strategies, rewarded ads, and performance marketing models.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, operations, and tech teams.
