📋 Description

  • Partner with regional CSMs to drive value, deepen adoption, and demonstrate features.
  • Provide expert guidance on architecture reviews, integration planning, and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate on success plans, executive business reviews, and health checks.
  • Unblock stuck cases by liaising with Engineering, Product, and Support to expedite resolution.
  • Engage in deep-dive workshops and troubleshooting sessions with customers.
  • Prioritize region work while supporting escalations across regions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent.
  • Strong technical aptitude for explaining complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred: Hands-on cybersecurity experience in IAM or PAM.
  • Excellent collaboration with Sales, CS, and Product teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and drive outcomes.
