  • You will be the subject matter expert on commercial terms, deal structures, and quote-to-order processes for the Enterprise Sales Team.
  • You will partner with Sales to craft the best deals for Notion and its customers.
  • You will support experimental deal structures and Sales Plays by coordinating with cross-functional teams including Legal, Billing, Biz Tech, Monetization, and the broader Rev Ops team.
  • You will design bespoke deal structures to support complex use cases and train the Deal Desk on the successful deal structures, launching them more broadly.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ Years of Deal Desk with a track record of seven-figure deals at F100 accounts.
  • Fantastic communication skills to clearly summarize deals and convey approvals.
  • Eye for detail to catch subtle changes impacting terms.
  • Strong understanding of the Sales Process and negotiation drivers.
  • Experience with seat-based licensing and usage-based pricing.
  • Nice to have: ASC 606 revenue recognition.
