Role Overview
This is a remote, Thai-speaking Partner Manager role focused on growing and enabling our channel partner program across the APAC region. You will recruit, onboard, enable, and manage strategic channel partners, drive revenue through co-sell motions, and ensure partner performance in Thailand and broader APAC markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a channel partner strategy in APAC with a focus on Thai-speaking partners
- Recruit, onboard, and enable channel partners
- Drive revenue through partner-led and co-sell motions
- Forecast partner pipeline and manage quarterly business plans
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to accelerate partner-led growth
- Negotiate partner agreements and provide ongoing enablement
- Maintain accurate CRM data and partner records
Qualifications
- 4+ years in partner management or channel sales within a SaaS environment
- Fluency in Thai; strong written and spoken English
- Experience in APAC markets and SaaS ecosystems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment
