📋 Description

  • Manage end-to-end implementation projects from presales to adoption
  • Coordinate onboarding and ensure on-time delivery (60–120 days)
  • Ensure smooth handover from Sales to Customer Success and flag risks
  • Keep CRM and internal systems up to date; share progress updates
  • Capture insights to improve onboarding and post-implementation experience
  • Provide customer support to resolve issues and improve response times

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in software implementation or project management (SaaS)
  • CRM and project management tools experience
  • Proven track record delivering complex software implementations
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Technical aptitude to learn new tech; comfortable in global/time-zone teams
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus; mining industry a bonus
