  • Proactively manage renewals and maintain account health

  • Engineering B.S. or equivalent technical experience
  • 8+ years in engineering/manufacturing with client-facing roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication across levels
  • Commercial awareness including budgets and planning
  • MBA or equivalent business experience
  • Ability to deliver exec-level presentations in a fast-growing startup
