  • Become a BuildOps product expert and help customers succeed.
  • Use Monday.com, JIRA Service Desk, UserGuiding, OpenPhone to manage cases.
  • Collaborate with a tight-knit team to deliver superior technical support.
  • Troubleshoot and log bugs for developers, driving ticket resolution.
  • Travel on-site to customer offices to assist with initial BuildOps implementations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Thirst for knowledge and willingness to learn.
  • Strong product instincts with the ability to document issues concisely.
  • Willingness to work EST business hours.
  • Experience with ERP systems: QuickBooks Online/Enterprise, Sage 300 CRE, Intacct, Viewpoint Vista/Spectrum.
