📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in Customer Success or similar B2B SaaS role.
  • Industrial maintenance familiarity; IoT sensors, SCADA/PLC, Ignition, MQTT.
  • Translate technical concepts into business value; explain data-to-ROI.
  • Strong communication; able to lead trainings for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset; track adoption, usage, and ROI to drive action.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-team environments.
