  • Experience handling high-volume customers.
  • Strong ownership mentality; proactive problem solving.
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills across exec and ops.
  • Comfortable with data, dashboards, metrics and alerts.
  • Experience influencing renewal and expansion in SaaS or PLG.
  • Familiarity with Vitally, HubSpot, Slack, and Stripe.
  • Self-motivated; autonomous in a distributed team.
