  • 1โ€“2 years in leadership or mentoring.
  • Strong commercial mindset with client growth/retention track record.
  • Excellent analytical skills with data-driven insights.
  • Outstanding communication and senior stakeholder management.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in mobile marketing, adtech, or programmatic advertising.
