🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years in CS/PS/post-sales in B2B SaaS.
  • 2-4 years in Enablement or readiness.
  • Proven ability to build scalable enablement programs driving outcomes.
  • Experience supporting Mid-Market and Enterprise post-sales teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong; LMS or enablement platforms (WorkRamp a plus).
  • Degree in business/marketing/education or related field is a plus.
