  • 2-4 yrs in Enablement/readying or field enablement.
  • Build scalable enablement programs driving behavior change.
  • Experience with mid-market and enterprise post-sales teams.
  • Proficient with Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong; LMS/WorkRamp.
  • CMMS or industrial SaaS exposure; Bachelor's a plus.
