  • 2-4 years in enablement, readiness, or field enablement.
  • Proven ability to build scalable enablement programs driving behavior change.
  • Familiar with post-sales tools: Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong.
  • Experience with LMS/enablement platforms; WorkRamp a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, product, or related field a plus.
