🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in customer success; additional CS/support/sales/marketing is a plus
- Fluent written and spoken Portuguese and English; Spanish a strong bonus
- Excellent communication; builds positive business relationships; accountable for customer success
- Proven ability to produce and deliver compelling customer materials to drive business objectives
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to establish milestones and keep project plans on task
- Understanding value measurement and revenue with recurring revenue models and renewals is an advantage
- Experience employing a one-to-many approach globally
