📋 Description

  • Drive adoption and outcomes via 1:1 and 1:many channels
  • Manage digital touchpoints to bring customers to value
  • Proactively engage to mitigate risk, renew, and expand
  • Own escalation of customer and internal queries
  • Conduct effective calls and webinars
  • Monitor customer health indicators to identify engagement signals

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer success; additional CS/support/sales/marketing is a plus
  • Fluent written and spoken Portuguese and English; Spanish a strong bonus
  • Excellent communication; builds positive business relationships; accountable for customer success
  • Proven ability to produce and deliver compelling customer materials to drive business objectives
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to establish milestones and keep project plans on task
  • Understanding value measurement and revenue with recurring revenue models and renewals is an advantage
  • Experience employing a one-to-many approach globally
