π― Requirements
- Technically proficient with platform features, integrations, and workflows.
- Adapt and learn quickly in dynamic environments.
- Analytical mindset to simplify complex challenges for clients.
- Knowledge/experience in Retail, Marketplace, Digital Commerce, or Omnichannel.
- Experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solution Engineering.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
