  • Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service
  • Zendesk experience preferred
  • High Portuguese level (oral & written) and fluent in English
  • Strong planning, organizing, prioritizing and multitasking
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidates must reside in Spain
