  • Curious, proactive, and open to feedback.
  • Empathetic, customer-oriented; adapt communication styles.
  • Organized, reliable; eager to learn and grow in a team.
  • Proficient in Excel; Stripe/Notion/Intercom or Zendesk a plus.
