🎯 Requirements

  • Native Spanish speaker with strong English; fluent in French, Italian, or Portuguese.
  • 1+ years in a customer-facing role; travel tech experience is a plus.
  • Enjoy helping people, explaining clearly, and making complex topics easy.
  • Curious, proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a team.
  • Empathetic, customer-oriented, and able to adapt communication style.
  • Proficient in Excel; experience with Stripe, Notion, Intercom or Zendesk is a plus.
