- 1+ years in a customer-facing role; travel tech experience is a plus.
- Enjoy helping people, explaining clearly, and making complex topics easy.
- Curious, proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a team.
- Empathetic, customer-oriented, and able to adapt communication style.
- Proficient in Excel; experience with Stripe, Notion, Intercom or Zendesk is a plus.
