🎯 Requirements

  • Native French speaker with excellent English; fluent in Spanish/Italian/Portuguese.
  • 1 year in a customer facing role.
  • Travel tech experience is a plus.
  • You enjoy helping people, explaining clearly, and simplifying topics.
  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable asking for support.
  • Empathetic, customer oriented, adaptable.
  • Proficient in Excel; experience with Stripe, Notion, Intercom or Zendesk is a plus.
