📋 Description

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone and email to gather missing test info.
• Obtain patient, physician, and billing details to support test processing.
• Communicate test status and coordinate resending of results.
• Schedule mobile phlebotomy and triage clinical inquiries to Genetic Counseling staff.
• Support Sales with account setups, kit orders, and order tracking.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Undergraduate degree or certification preferred.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Multilingual skills are a strong plus.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
