• Own customer storytelling end-to-end across formats and regions.
• Build a rapid cadence of world-class customer content.
• Think in campaigns, not just individual stories.
• Design the story engine for a global team with playbooks/templates.
• Help customers tell their own Notion journey on their channels.
• Own surfaces where stories live (notion.com/customers to enablement materials).
• Collaborate across Storytelling, PMM, Demand Gen, regional marketing, and lifecycle teams.

• You're an incredible writer with ability to craft customer stories and copy.
• Strong visual taste and design aptitude; able to sketch or storyboard concepts.
• You ship: own projects end-to-end and move fast.
• You think in campaigns and connect stories into a bigger narrative.
• You're plugged into the ecosystem and can source high-impact moments.
• You’re curious about AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
• 10+ years of relevant, transferable experience.
