- Provide legal support across the organization to scale Curri's commercial and compliance programs.
- Manage commercial contracting processes, templates, playbooks, workflows, and CLM.
- Draft, review, and negotiate customer, vendor, partner, and technology agreements.
- Serve as trusted legal partner to Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, and People.
- Develop and implement compliance, risk management, and governance frameworks.
- Manage outside counsel and support strategic initiatives across the business.
🎯 Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in California.
- 3–5 years in a law firm or in-house legal role.
- Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Expert legal research, analysis, and writing skills.
- Ability to operate independently with high ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with non-legal stakeholders.
