📋 Description

• Lead regulatory compliance program across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee licensing, examinations, and external audits.
• Embed compliance by design with product, ops, and tech.
• Report to Board and Chief Compliance Officer.
• Drive RegTech and AI-enabled controls for risk.
• Develop and mentor regional compliance teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years' fintech regulatory compliance experience.
• MFSA Fit and Proper criteria; PQ’d Key Function Holder.
• Deep knowledge of EU regimes: MiCA, EMIR, DORA, AMLD6.
• Ability to distill guidance from statutes, audits and regs.
• Independent, well-organized, capable of managing deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-border work.
