The Supply Chain Coordinator serves as a key communication link, ensuring timely updates on ingredient availability and other supply chain matters. This role primarily supports Product Support, Menu, and Warehouse teams by providing the latest information from Sysco, Crumbl Foods, and other vendors. Unresolved issues are escalated to suppliers or Crumbl Management as needed. The Coordinator also strengthens communication between Crumbl HQ and Franchise Partners by working closely with Product Support, Operations Support, both Crumbl Warehouses, and the Supply Chain team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Gathers clear and concise updates from Sysco and the buyers to relay status updates regarding all menu items.
  • Works heavily with Sysco to make sure items are available 3 weeks prior to menu rotations.
  • Troubleshoots with Sysco when questions arise from Product Support regarding ingredient availability and general Sysco questions.
  • Manages item creation and setup in NetSuite and Shopify, thus supporting Buyers and Finance in making sure items are set up accurately and ready for the Buyer to place a PO.
  • Make sure items are available for purchase at Crumbl Foods once the product delivers.
  • Works closely with the warehouse to make sure samples are set aside when products are delivered to ensure product matches the spec, etc.
  • Collects samples from the warehouse when new products arrive for photography.
  • Creates order reminder ‘list of ingredients’ for the communication to FP’s and communicates to Director of FP Support and Quality.
  • Works with RRD(Box Distribution partner) for all customer support related issues with delivery, damaged goods, tracking numbers etc.
  • Works with both Crumbl Warehouse teams to set appointments and support inventory related issues.
  • Creates internal and external communication for Suppliers and Franchise Partners.

    • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required.
  • 1-3 years experience in a Supply Chain or Purchasing related role.
  • Certifications.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and provide clear and consistent updates internally and externally with vendors, etc.
