Serve the Office of the CFO at PE healthcare portfolio companies.
Lead parts of implementing portfolio support with budgets and forecasts.
Assist with financial management reporting by disaggregation levels and metrics.
Assess finance subfunctions and build analytic resources and models.
Review cash management and develop monthly and 13-week cash flow forecasts.
Develop and maintain relationships with portfolio company reps; deliver client service.

🎯 Requirements

9+ years FP&A in PE-backed company or advisory firm.
Healthcare industry experience with revenue cycle analytics.
Strong client relationships and project management with C-suite.
Experience with revenue recognition, income statements, cash flow.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Tableau/SQL a plus.
Bachelor's in accounting or finance; CPA a plus.
Travel up to 40%.
Willingness to learn AI tools and apply them.
