Job Description
Crossbeam is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to join our People team and help scale our B2B SaaS product organization. This on-site role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles across product, engineering, sales, and customer success, based on the East Coast.
What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define candidate profiles.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of B2B SaaS roles.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, coordinate scheduling, and communicate with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular recruiting analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move offers and help shape Crossbeam’s growing team.
- Represent Crossbeam’s mission and culture in every interaction.
Who you are
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Experience hiring for product, engineering, sales, and customer success roles.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of modern recruiting tools and best practices; able to work on-site on the US East Coast.
- Passion for building diverse, inclusive teams.
