Enterprise Account Executive, Expansion at Crossbeam
Crossbeam is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive, Expansion to join our remote sales team. In this role, you will drive expansion within existing enterprise customers and accelerate revenue growth across the East Coast and broader U.S. market.
About the Role
As a key member of the Sales team, you will partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to identify expansion opportunities, craft value-based business cases, and manage multi-quarter sales cycles from discovery to renewal.
Responsibilities
- Identify and close expansion opportunities within existing enterprise accounts
- Build and communicate compelling data-driven business cases for expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and successful onboarding
- Manage multi-quarter sales cycles and forecast pipeline
- Negotiate terms and finalize contracts with executive stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a strong record of expanding existing accounts
- Proven ability to engage and influence C-level and VP-level stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working remotely with travel as needed
- Experience with data collaboration platforms or CRM tools is a plus
