📋 Description

  • Own a portfolio of Gravity Node accounts (top customers)
  • Partner with customer teams to activate strategic partners on Crossbeam
  • Be the go-to BD contact for onboarding partners and surfacing opportunities for AEs
  • Generate pipeline using ecosystem signals and partner insights
  • Onboard and activate new users through setup and value realization
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, CS to drive Ecosystem Led Growth

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years as Enterprise BDR/Partner Manager or Partner Sales
  • Target-driven; turns warm signals into real pipelines
  • Curious, asks great questions, eager to learn
  • Comfortable with strategic/enterprise accounts and exec conversations
  • Strong communicator; CRM exp (Salesforce preferred; Salesloft a plus)
  • Bonus: Partnerships experience or Crossbeam knowledge; AI/data enrichment exposure
