🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years as Enterprise BDR/Partner Manager or Partner Sales
- Target-driven; turns warm signals into real pipelines
- Curious, asks great questions, eager to learn
- Comfortable with strategic/enterprise accounts and exec conversations
- Strong communicator; CRM exp (Salesforce preferred; Salesloft a plus)
- Bonus: Partnerships experience or Crossbeam knowledge; AI/data enrichment exposure
