Overview
Join Crossbeam in Philadelphia as an Ecosystem Specialist. You will grow and support our partner ecosystem, onboard new partners, run enablement programs, and coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to maximize partner success.
Responsibilities
- Onboard and enable new ecosystem partners
- Develop programs to engage and activate partners
- Gather feedback and relay insights to Product and Marketing
- Collaborate with Sales to identify and pursue co-sell opportunities
- Track partner performance metrics and report results
- Represent Crossbeam at partner events and community activities
Qualifications
- 2+ years in partner management, ecosystem development, or community management in B2B SaaS
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple programs and partners concurrently
- Familiarity with CRM and partner analytics tools
- Passion for building thriving partner communities
