Conduct usability testing on passenger-facing interfaces for safety and trust.
Collaborate with designers, vehicle engineers, software teams, and operations.
Utilize the prototyping lab for electro-mechanical prototyping and HW-SW integration.
Document technical specifications and design intent for handoff to engineering.

🎯 Requirements

Pursuing BS/MS or advanced degree in Design Eng, Mechatronics, HCI, or related.
Good academic standing.
Commit to a 12-week internship starting May/June 2026.
At least one prior internship, co-op, or hands-on project.
Ability to relocate to the Bay Area for the duration.
Interns may not use proprietary information in thesis or publications.
