📋 Description

  • Manage 360º creative marketing campaigns end-to-end, to sell our largest experiences globally.
  • Align with the marketing strategy; propose opportunities and channels from a creative standpoint.
  • Create concepts, briefs, and copy for social ads, email, landing pages, OOH.
  • Defines the social media strategy ensuring creative consistency and performance-driven content.
  • Work closely with design, video, and production teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Conduct market research and trend scouting to inform decisions and formats.

🎯 Requirements

  • Native level English and Spanish; French/Portuguese/German/Italian a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing/advertising or related field
  • Deep passion for creative concept development in marketing across digital/traditional media
  • At least 4 years of experience in creative roles such as copywriter or creative director
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication and presentation skills
  • Based in or able to relocate to Madrid, Spain
