- Align with the marketing strategy; propose opportunities and channels from a creative standpoint.
- Create concepts, briefs, and copy for social ads, email, landing pages, OOH.
- Defines the social media strategy ensuring creative consistency and performance-driven content.
- Work closely with design, video, and production teams to bring ideas to life.
- Conduct market research and trend scouting to inform decisions and formats.
🎯 Requirements
- Native level English and Spanish; French/Portuguese/German/Italian a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing/advertising or related field
- Deep passion for creative concept development in marketing across digital/traditional media
- At least 4 years of experience in creative roles such as copywriter or creative director
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication and presentation skills
- Based in or able to relocate to Madrid, Spain
