📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Design, Marketing, and Business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, interviews, and timelines.
• Support intake meetings, share updates, and recommend next steps.
• Review candidate portfolios to assess design quality against Duolingo standards.
• Manage recruiting operations: timelines, progress tracking, and updates.
• Deliver a great candidate experience from first contact to close.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting for creative, business, and/or marketing roles.
• Experience hiring for moderately complex roles (industry hires, internships, PM roles).
• Portfolio review experience to recognize creative excellence.
• Ability to manage multiple searches with strong organization and candidate experience.
• Willingness to work from or relocate to Pittsburgh, PA; strong communication.
• Experience using recruiting data to inform strategy; familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT.
