- Support creative resource planning across internal teams, freelancers, and agency partners
- Manage external vendors and production partners as needed to support regional initiatives

π― Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in creative production, project management, creative operations, or agency environments, with anime knowledge for EMEA markets
- Experience in entertainment, media, gaming, or other culturally driven consumer brands
- Proven experience managing complex cross functional marketing or creative campaigns from planning through delivery
- Experience partnering with stakeholders across multiple regions, markets, or international teams
- Strong understanding of creative workflows across static, motion, digital, and experiential production
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills
