Overview

Crayon is seeking a Channel Account Manager (Modern Workplace) to build and manage our partner ecosystem from Kuala Lumpur. You will drive channel sales, enable partners, and execute go-to-market strategies for Modern Workplace solutions, including Microsoft 365 and related cloud services. You will collaborate with internal teams to maximize revenue from partner opportunities and ensure strong partner satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of channel partners in the Modern Workplace space.
  • Build and execute joint business plans, quarterly business reviews, and GTM initiatives.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and enable partners; provide ongoing coaching.
  • Manage opportunity pipeline, forecast revenue, and achieve quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to run partner campaigns and create collateral.
  • Work with sales engineers to craft solutions for customers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reporting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in channel sales or partner management, preferably in technology or cloud services.
  • Experience with Modern Workplace / Microsoft 365 ecosystem is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Self-starter, results-driven, and able to travel as needed.
