About the role
Coursera is seeking a Channel Sales & Alliances Manager for Southern Europe, based in Paris. In this role, you will develop and manage Coursera’s partner network across Southern Europe, focusing on France, to drive revenue and expand Coursera’s market presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel partner strategy for Southern Europe, with emphasis on France
- Identify, recruit, and enable partner networks (systems integrators, universities, technology partners)
- Drive revenue through co selling, joint marketing initiatives, and partner programs
- Negotiate and manage partner contracts and agreements
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to align go to market plans
- Monitor performance, forecast, and report on channel performance
- Ensure effective onboarding and enablement of partners
Requirements
- Proven experience in channel sales or alliances, preferably in tech/edtech
- Strong network and relationships in Southern Europe, particularly France
- Ability to work in a fast paced, cross functional environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English; French is a plus; additional Southern European language is a bonus
- Willingness to travel as needed
