Account Executive - C4C at Coursera
Overview
Coursera is seeking an Account Executive - C4C to drive new business for Coursera's corporate learning solutions in India. In this role you will manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with senior buyers, and help organizations upskill their workforces using Coursera's enterprise platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling value propositions and close strategic deals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify enterprise opportunities in India
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing
- Conduct discovery sessions, deliver product demonstrations, and tailor proposals to client needs
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline; forecast quarterly results
- Develop relationships with executives and decision-makers; align Coursera capabilities with client business goals
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding and adoption
- Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting
- Travel as required to meet with potential clients
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS or software sales experience, ideally in education technology or learning platforms
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; strong problem solving
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools; ability to work in India market
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
