π― Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school, CA bar membership, and ability to practice in California
- 3+ years hands-on corporate/securities experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team
- Innate curiosity and proactive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Base salary range: $185,000 - $205,000
