- A strong track record of recruiting for Corporate roles across seniority levels (IC to leadership).
- Experience hiring for areas such as Finance, Operations, Strategy, or People.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to inform strategy and improve hiring outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate complex or ambiguous situations.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to adapt your message to different audiences (candidates, peers, leaders, executives).
