  • Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to inform strategy and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate complex or ambiguous situations.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to adapt your message to different audiences (candidates, peers, leaders, executives).
