📋 Description

  • Own and grow Workstream’s brand partnerships with C-suite leaders at major franchises.
  • Demo Workstream; identify upsell opportunities; lead pilots end-to-end.
  • Build executive relationships with CHROs/COOs to secure entitlements and MSAs.
  • Represent Workstream at industry events; speak on stage.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, CS, and product to drive ARR and manage CAC.

  • Builds executive relationships with C-suite leaders.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving startup; can discuss product direction.
