- Substantial IPO, M&A, and financing round experience with end-to-end management.
- Strong governance knowledge: SEC compliance, entity compliance, KYC/UBO, filings.
- Exceptional drafting, organizational and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
