Corporate Counsel (Marketing)

📋 Description

• Be the day-to-day legal partner to Marketing on campaigns.
• Review and negotiate marketing agreements (talent, licenses, NDAs).
• Own rights/clearances for marketing assets; advise on usage.
• Advise on advertising and consumer protection laws.
• Track regulations; train marketers on disclosures and brand safety.
• Assist in other legal matters as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. and active bar membership in good standing.
• 4-8+ years of relevant legal experience (advertising & marketing).
• Strong drafting/negotiation across talent, production, licensing.
• Clear, concise communication with creative/non-legal stakeholders.
• Proven cross-functional partnership and ability to scale processes.
• Ability to work from or relocate to Pittsburgh, PA.
