Act as primary contact for procurement on agreements (MSAs, SaaS, licenses, vendor contracts, NDAs).
Draft and negotiate all types of agreements with the procurement team.
Assist in managing vendor relations.
Develop and implement contract lifecycle best practices to ensure compliance.
Support other legal issues as needed in a lean team.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years handling commercial transactions (in-house or law firm).
Negotiate/draft diverse commercial contracts (manufacturing, tech, automotive, software).
Strong business and legal judgment; cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
J.D. with top academics and active state bar.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Experience with OEM/vehicle manufacturing is a plus.
Experience with financing documents and real estate documents is a plus.
