Corporate Counsel

📋 Description

• Partner with SVP, Legal, sales and business teams to address legal needs.
• Review and negotiate contracts; provide counsel on contract terms.
• Support sales with guidance on mixed scope and complexity.
• Ensure timely handling of requests and meet deadlines.
• Advise on privacy, invoicing, liability, IP, indemnity, disputes.
• Draft and negotiate vendor contracts and NDAs.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience; significant law firm experience required.
• Juris Doctorate required.
• Employment law experience is a plus.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to understand interplay among contract terms and risk.
