Corporate Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Manage fund accounting activities with third parties, incl. NAV, expenses, and cash.
• Ensure reconciliations of cash, positions, and trades; review statements.
• Collaborate with valuation agent and committee to book valuations.
• Deliver financial reports for stakeholders, investors, regulators.
• Lead complex transactions under US GAAP; ensure consistent policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or CFA preferred.
• 5–7 years in fund accounting or fund administration.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, funds, and instruments.
• Independent, cross-functional worker in fast-paced settings.
• Excel proficient; Oracle experience a plus.
