📋 Description

  • Act as national LTL and MT sales specialist, supporting branch teams on complex opportunities.
  • Partner with executives to drive enterprise LTL/MT growth initiatives.
  • Participate in C-suite discussions to articulate FitzMark's LTL/MT value proposition.
  • Support RFPs, bids, and multi-location pursuits (LTL/MT).
  • Lead or support LTL/MT solution design: network strategy, pricing, service models.
  • Establish and promote best practices for selling LTL/MT and pricing.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years in transportation/logistics sales with LTL/MT exposure.
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of LTL pricing, MT operating models, and procurement.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.
