• Design and build tooling for provisioning and running large-scale Elasticsearch benchmarks.
• Maintain Rally, the open-source Python benchmarking tool, and share best practices.
• Define methodologies for performance benchmarking for dev teams and architects.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional engagements.
• Develop and interpret benchmarking reports.
• Investigate performance escalations and capacity planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Expert Python development and Linux shell scripting.
• Linux system-level performance measurement tooling.
• Experience debugging performance issues in distributed systems.
• Kubernetes for cloud orchestration.
• CI/CD pipelines and workflow automation.
• Experience with multi-cloud architectures and performance tradeoffs.
