- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales/Procurement/Product/Security teams.
- Familiar with privacy, AI, and security issues in contracting and product counseling; risk assessment.
- Experience building templates/playbooks/workflows; CLM/tools; AI-in-legal is a plus.
