  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand revenue in Enterprise and Commercial accounts.
  • Lead all sales activities to achieve business goals and close deals.
  • Ensure solutions capitalize on NiCE CXone Mpower strengths and can be implemented.
  • Establish strategic relationships and analyze customers' business to identify constraints and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain high-level relations with C-level executives.
  • Initiate and monitor purchasing agreements between NiCE CXone Mpower and customers.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years selling multiple software products into sophisticated accounts (hunter-type).
  • 1-2 years selling AI Software Solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications.
  • Strong relationship and client management to build trust and resolve escalations.
  • Collaborative approach to sales across internal and external groups.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with C- and VP-level executives.
